An excellent bargain for the DIY user. I have torqued thermostat housing bolts with it, and no leaks. If you want an affordable set of torque wrenches, Harbor Freight is the place to find them.

dead on accurate with the shops recently calibrated proto 3/8. This appears to be a direct copy of the proto it has a very nice crisp ratcheting action with a fine tooth count. plus i had a coupon so i got it for $11

Dirt cheap, dead on accurate according to my old Craftsman beam-style.

On sale for $10!!
Works the same way as the entry level microclicks from Craftsman. I had an inch pound in 3/8" and ft lb in 1/2" so these were a no brainer to have a ft lb in 3/8"
