Very crude. The base is poorly polished and made of cheap pot metal. The protractor is a glued on gauge. It is square enough for general purpose use and for less than five bucks ok for what it is: a cheap right angle and ruler. I food use the circle center finder to mark the center of a dowel rod and it worked. No serious wood worker would own this, it is ok for a guy who need mark a 90 when cutting lumber in the garage. Barely worth the $5 I gave for it.

Not very accurate, poorly made and tough to adjust. Yes, it's very cheap, but the project it could ruin might not be.
Leave this one on the shelf.

This is pretty much a POS. If it was the ONLY thing I had for a project I guess I'd give it a shot, but I wouldn't put too much faith in it. I picked it up on sale dirt cheap but I don't think I'll ever use it. I've got a Stanley combination square that I've had for 20 years that blows this thing out of the water.

Not too bad, got it for 7.00 w/ coupon. I have one from lowes w/o the angle deal and it is solid. this one is built kind of cheapy but not too bad, it is square and should work fine for occasional use.
