I have #66906 which appears to be very similar if not the same as this. I'm quite pleased with it. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It produces dried fruit, for instance, with ease, especially if you slice it thinly. It heats unevenly (vertically speaking) so I swap the trays two or three times during the cycle. Apple slices, which it does a great job on, take at least 8 hours, and possibly up to 12 depending on how patient at cutting them you are. Paper-thin apple slices on the bottom tray take only a couple hours to get crispy, and an hour or so to be dried to the point of safe to store. I discovered that a brief soaking in a solution of sugar and vitamin C after cutting makes for far more appetizing apple slices.
Construction is a little cheap, but not to the point that it's something you wish you never had spent your $20 on. Definitely works and is far less money than at a department store or kitchen shop.
