Hmm, not entirely in agreement with the other posters, but perhaps my uses for these are less rigorous. The group of them certainly is worth $2 for me. I have appreciated having these for retrieving small parts and holding delicate components for soldering. I totally agree that they're not exactly industrial quality, no less scientific quality, but they are not a horror show. If you're needing a needle-nose pliers to really squeeze or grasp things firmly, use those. Tweezers, especially long ones, are fit for picking up tiny screws or other such items. So far anyway, my set does this fine. Maybe I just have low expectations?

I agree with the previous poster. Not a gram of hardened steel in this set. Flimsy and sub-par at best. Only use for them is picking hair from my unibrow! Just kidding... I dont think i could even do that! :)
$1.99 is too much to pay for this (coupon book)

Your basic stamped steel "tweezers". They don't have anything for grip on the inside of the tweezer, they also are really easily deformed into dropping things.
Not all that useful, even at $1.99. . .
