I bought the newer model, the silver and red one. I've only used it one day and already give it 5 stars. It shoots nails consistently and it's cheap.

One of Horror Freight's keepers.
I typically run a Bostitch oiless 15 ga. angle nailer. They use a nail that's a tad different (angle is different) from the normal, most manufacturers, etc., use.
Sent one of the guys to HD to pick up a box of 5,000 2.5 inchers. He came back with nonBostitch nails.
There was a Horror Freight, less than 10 blocks from where we were working. Picked one up, I believe the sales price was 80 bucks and they had a stack of 20% off coupons on one of the counters. Figured ... what can I lose?
Decent nailer, with one caveat: I'm used to oil free. This one is not and if you're installing crown ... the wall had better not have already been painted as it does shoot a touch of oil (I think I only put in three drops). However, I've probably run 15,000 nails through it and not one misfire. Depth adjustment works easily and well. Again ... a Horror Fright keeper

I have used this extensivly for trim and flooring. Drives nails through the hardest woods. It has difficulity unloading nails from the front due to a hinge plate overlaping the top of the nail channel about 1/32" when the front overcenter latch is undone. Fixed with a small file. The black rubber tip will also leave marks on white primed molding.

I've used this nailer pretty extensively and can't think of one bad thing to say about it. Never jams. Drives the nails cleanly. Easy to hold and fire, etc. A good buy.
