Looks like this item has gone obsolete, or something. I got one of these or its 97743 replacement. It's great for simple masonry drilling, goes through cinderblock like nothing. On poured concrete or rock, you have to watch the drills loading up because these units do not like being overloaded. Buy the no hassle warranty, for sure. I burned one up busting out hardpan in the yard and its replacement is still going, have cut a bunch of coquina rock using it for
the pilot holes, then feather-and-wedge. It's a fairly effective baby jackhammer too.

I was working on a large remodeling project and needed a large hammer drill for setting some anchor bolts and some light demo work. I rented a Hilti unit for around $60/day but figured out that I was going to need it for multiple days. Just then I happened to see the HF 1" SDS rotary hammer on sale for $59 and figured it was worth a try. I have to say that was the best tool purchase I have made at HF. I bought a couple sets of HF chisel and drill bits and have used them extensively for drilling and chipping. I probably have 100 hours worth of use and the rotary hammer is still going strong. I have even used it to break up a part of a 4" slab when I had no other options. A great value and highly recommended if you do any drilling or demo work. The only complaint is that you need to keep refilling the gearcase with lube so it doesn't run dry.
