Shortly after purchasing this, a plastic trigger part broke inside. I had to order a new gun. You can feel the cheap plasitc used for the gun and nozzel. Now, for some reason I get a lot of air in the machine, even after running water through the hose for a couple of minutes before turning the unit on. The air makes the water stop and the motor just runs at high speed. I have to reset it ever couple of minutes by turning the unit off and running water through it again to get rid of the air.
It's not very powerful for viynl siding and cleaning the driveway. Does okay for cleaning the car but I still have to use soap and a sponge.
It was cheap, but it probably would have been better to spend the extra money to get a gas unit.
After all is said, I still love HF.

I bought what I believe to be the same machine, just an earlier version of it to wash cars. Our water pressure is pretty bad and I was looking for something to boost it - I hate washing cars. I wanted something with low enough pressure not to damage the finish. This pressure washer is really a pretty nice machine, the pressure it puts out blasts the dirt off the vehicle and does no harm.
It is pretty top heavy and would be nice if the hose was longer, go around a corner and a and it will fall over cracking/breaking the plastic housing. Not a fatal flaw, it still works, just looks pretty battered.
I went to order parts for it, found the manual and part numbers and called HF. I was horribly disappointed when I was told parts weren't available for this machine. I have ordered parts for a number of other HF tools and never a problem. So, I'll use it until it finally dies, but I don't think I would replace it with another HF pressure washer.
