First, it isn't a clamp. Sure, you could clamp two things together, but unless it is to just put enough pressure for edge glue to set up, you wouldn't use it for clamping. It excels as an edge guide, however, and the clamping lever is easy to use for precise adjustments. Use a speed square to make sure you have a 90 degree angle, then clamp it on the work. Straight accurate cuts every time. It also can be adjusted 22 degrees left/right, if you need to make a slight angle cut. Works great as an edge guide. Well worth the $11 I gave for it.

Only cost me 12.00, other places will charge 40-50 bucks. It seems to be built well, my only concern is that the handle is a little flimsy which is why I gave it a 4. Works Great!
