Review by Bigplanz on September 3rd, 2013 This is great. I picked up for $20 on sale and not two weeks ran over a roofing nail. I had a flat when i came out of the gas station. I popped this on and it filled the tire up enough to get home. I left the nail in of course. It was pretty quiet and filled the tire up in only a couple of minutes. For emergency use on the road, it's perfect.
Review by JoBo on April 1st, 2011 I replace the cheaper heat gun that died with this one. In a previous job I used a old US made gun this one seems to be a copy of. It is not the quality of the 50 year old US one, what is anymore, but miles ahead of the cheaper orange one that died.
This is a good tool for the $$ and I have used it numerous times on heat shrink tubing, heating plastic for bending and super fast paint drying. Review by JoBo on April 1st, 2011 On summer camping vacations I find myself wanting to deflate my tires some for beach driving. But refilling them again is always a hassel. Last year I bought one of these and found it did exactly what I wanted by raising tire presure from 20 psi to 42 psi. It is not quick but did the job but will need to cool down between tires. Seems to be well made for the price. My jeep has front and rear 12 DC outlets and between the power cord and coiled hose I had no trouble reaching all 4 tires. Post a Review
