Another oddity I found at HF for a couple of bucks. Never thought much about it, but I have used it a couple of times for screws and nuts in tight quarters (like a 10mm screw inside a car door frame) and for starting screws or nuts in tight spots. (I put a 8 inch extension bar on a 3/8 nut, carefully put it on a bolt I couldn't reach except with a socket on a extension bar and then tightened it with the thumb ratchet. Much better 'feel' with the small thumb wheel rather than a regular ratchet.)

All and all, a valable little oddity to have in your toolbox.
