I've used this many times and it's a high quality item. Only bad thing about it is that the dipstick tube should really be longer. I see this exact same siphon on sale elsewhere for more. Wait for a sale, this thing goes on sale all the time. I have used it several times to drain transmission fluid from the dipstick before removing the pan to change the filter, and it's much better to do that with almost no fluid in the pan (makes less of a mess).
