It's a good enough saw. It feels a bit cheap but nonetheless that didn't stop me from getting a second one when I stupidly bent the first a bit, and they were on sale.

The rivets were loosening in one, so I pressed them out and replaced with short machine screws. Still good and sharp after several years of occasional use. Do not use if there's the slightest chance of hitting an embedded nail. The steel is not made for that kind of abuse.

One of few items HF carries which is made outside of China.
I didn't expect HF to carry stuff made in Japan.
Works pretty well.

Have not used it a lot but it works well and is built well too! Other places charge 30-40 bucks for a similar style/size. I paid around 9.00 or so and it is great! Great Deal!
