This goodyear hose is the one to get. My first hose was a crappy one made in India that didn't last. This made in USA Goodyear one is much better.

I have one of these 50' 3/8" Goodyear hoses that I picked up from Harbor Freight over five years ago, and it is still going strong. It coils nicely, lays flat, and is indeed very resistant to abrasion and oil. It's been dragged through mud and gravel, left baking in the sun, and has even been driven over by cars and trucks several times. Every now and then I wipe it down with a damp rag, dry it off, and run it through a rag soaked with rubber conditioner like you'd use for weatherstripping on a car, but that's the only time I treat it nicely.

I just replaced my pvc hose with this and I love it.

Have had for 3 years, no kinks, good abrasion resistance, doesn't leave marks when it does rub against a fender, and most important, no leaks.

This is a Goodyear hose with brass connectors. Lays flat every time, should last for years. Used a 20% off coupon, so given the quality and discounted price, I think this was an excellent buy.
